I invite all interested investors to an opportunity to be part of a new development. This will be a large scale, rural setting development, all with city utilities. All will be single family homes with a larger floor-plan than anything on the new market. All homes will be built and marketed with the "V.A. move-in" in mind. As I said earlier, lot sizes will vary from 68' X 115", up to 100' X 150', with an average size over-all of .25 acres.
Homes will be custom built with the buyer/owner in mind. All homes will be built on deposit/contract and with the buyer/owner satifaction as key focus, NOT PROFIT MARGIN OR COST-CUTTING!! There will NOT be any "cookie-cutter" homes. All homes will have at least 20' to 30' open yard between homes, NOT the mininum fire-code distance between homes (as with other developments).
